• Timer Settings: Your preferred durations for Pomodoro sessions, short breaks, long breaks, and the number of Pomodoros before a long break. Notification preferences (sound, browser).
• Theme Preference: Your choice of light or dark theme.
• Streak Data: Aggregated scores for completed tasks and focus sessions, tracked weekly.
• Session History: Records of completed focus sessions, including end time and duration, for productivity insights.

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of this information on any external servers. All data remains on your computer or device. We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or IP address.

The information stored in your browser's localStorage is used solely to provide the functionality of the Focumia application, including:

• Displaying and managing your tasks, including on a calendar view.
• Operating the Pomodoro timer according to your settings.
• Remembering your theme preference.
• Tracking your weekly streaks to help you stay motivated.
• Displaying productivity insights based on your session history.
• Allowing you to review tasks completed on specific days.
• Allowing export of task data to .ics calendar files.
• Providing deadline notifications for tasks.

3. Data Storage and Security

All your data is stored locally in your web browser's localStorage. The security of this data depends on the security of your browser and device. Focumia itself does not add any extra layers of encryption to this locally stored data beyond what your browser provides.

You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time using the "Delete All Data" button in the application's menu, or by clearing your browser's cache and site data for Focumia.

4. Third-Party Services

Focumia utilizes some third-party services to enhance its functionality:

• Tailwind CSS (CDN): For styling the application.
• Google Fonts: For the 'Jersey 10' font.
• Chart.js (CDN): For displaying graphs (streaks, insights).
• FullCalendar (CDN): For displaying the task calendar.
• Mixkit (Audio Asset): For the notification sound.

These services are loaded from Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) or directly linked. They may have their own privacy and cookie policies, and we encourage you to review them. Focumia does not directly share your application data (tasks, settings, etc.) with these third-party services.

5. User Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Access: You can access your data directly within the application.
• Correction: You can modify your tasks and settings directly within the application.
• Deletion: You can delete all your Focumia data using the "Delete All Data" button in the menu, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Focumia does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child has provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records (though, as stated, all data is local to the user's browser).
